摘要
目的讨论腰椎骨折手术围术期行控制性降压的可行性。方法选择40例,将其分为两组,A组控制性降压,B组对照组。结果两组病人诱导前及出室前平均动脉压、心率差异无显著性。两组病人出血量、输血量明显差异。结论控制性降压适用于腰椎骨折手术。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of controlled underpressure of lumbar fracture in pefi - operation. Methods 40 cases of such patient were divided into observing group and control group. Results The MAP aed HR before inducing and after operation had no significant difference between two groups. The bleeding and blood tranfusion had significant differenee. Conclusion The controlled underpressure might be available for lumbar fracture operation.
