摘要
重点实验室建设是学校内涵建设的重要内容．是一所学校创品牌、创优势、创特色的关键所在。南京医科大学重点实验室经过十几年的建设，取得了明显的溢出效益。该文从科学研究、学科建设、人才培养、为国民经济和社会发展服务几个方面，分析总结了南京医科大学重点实验室建设所取得的溢出效益，同时，围绕重点实验室建设谈了一些管理体会。为管理部门及实验室自身建设提供了有益的参考。
The construction of key laboratories, which is the important content of the university＇ s connotation construction, stands out a key part for a school to set up brand, gain advantages, and build up specialty. After more than ten years＇ construction of the key laboratories of Nanjing Medical University, obvious premium benefits have been achieved. The essay analyzed and summarized the premium benefits achieved from the aspects of scientific research, subjects construction, talents cultivation, and the service for national economy and social development. Meanwhile, it discussed some administrative experiences of the construction of key laboratories, and hopefully they could provide beneficial reference to the administ,＇ative departments and the self- construction of laboratories.
