摘要 针对水曲柳和紫椴人工林培育过程中易遭受霜冻危害的问题,采用不同质量浓度的GA_3和NAA对水曲柳及紫椴幼苗进行了处理,通过对叶芽萌动时间的调查,探讨赤霉素GA_3和生长素NAA对试验苗木叶芽萌动期的影响。结果表明:在相同栽培条件下,紫椴幼苗叶芽萌动旺盛期较水曲柳提前4 d左右。各浓度的CA_3和NAA处理对水曲柳、紫椴幼苗叶芽萌动期的作用分别为:低质量浓度的GA_3和NAA处理无影响;高质量浓度(150 mg/L)的GA_3处理的叶芽萌动旺盛期分别推迟1 d和4 d,高质量浓度(500 mg/L)的NAA处理,分别推迟了2 d和3 d。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of glibberellic acid( GA3 ) and hormone NAA on the germination period for vegetative buds by using Manchurian ash and Amur linden as experimental materials aiming at the problem that they are very subject to low temperature damage. Two-year-old experimental seedlings were treated with different concentrations of GA3 and NAA. Result showed that the flourish germination stage of Manchurian ash seedlings predates by about four days compared with that of Amur linden seedlings under the same cultivating conditions. Low concentrations of GA3 and NAA have no influences on the opening of buds, while high concentrations of GA3 ( 150 mg/L) can retard buds opening for one day and four days respectively for Manchurian ash and Amur linden seedlings, and high concentrations of NAA two days and three days, respectively.
