摘要
将电化学机械加工工艺应用于汽车变速器齿轮齿面光整加工。结果表明,齿轮经电化学机械光整加工后,在保持原精度等级基础上,表面质量明显改善,表面轮廓平均算术偏差Ra可以降至0.2μm以下。变速器整体声压级测试表明,电化学加工齿轮后的变速器总体噪声指标明显下降。
Electrochemical mechanical finishing process was used to polish automotive transmission gear surface.Results showed that,the gear surface machined with electrochemical mechanical finishing process was remarkably improved with a roughness Ra lower than 0.2 μm.The sound-pressure-level measurement of transmission indicated that,the noise index of the transmission equipped with electrochemical-machined gears decreased obviously.
