摘要
采用有机合成方法制备了碱性氰化镀铜光亮剂:BC-Ⅰ和BC-Ⅱ。这种光亮剂不含铅、硒、镍、锰等无机盐类,完全是有机化合物。在常规光亮氰化镀铜槽液中按一定比例加入BC-Ⅰ、BC-Ⅱ型光亮剂,可获得韧塑性能极佳的光亮铜镀层,沉积速度快(0.85μm/min),电流效率高(可达80%),光亮范围宽(≥7A/dm^2),连续镀60μm,不长毛刺,操作简便,性能稳定。
The newly Developed organic brightenes,BC-1 and BC-2,for copper cyanide baths are discussed. The performances of them were investigated. The high efficiency of the cathode current and bright and tough copper deposits were obtained with bath containing the brighteners over a wide range of cathode current densities when agitation was applied in the bath at high temperature.
