摘要
男女平等国策的实质是通过国家的力量,实现和保障广大妇女的权益,使占人口半数的女性乃至整个中华民族尽快发展,进入世界先进生产力和先进文化行列。贯彻男女平等基本国策,运用社会性别的视角,将妇女发展提到重要位置。同时,重视性别差异存在,提倡对女性给予关爱,强调女性在发展中的作用。运用云南妇女发展的事实例证,阐明了只有营造性别平等,才能构建和谐社会。
The equality between man and woman as a basic state policy aims to quicken the development of the women who account for half of the population and the overall development of the Chinese nation, help China rank among the advanced productivity and culture in the world and ensure the rights of the female population. The implementation of this state policy focuses on the female development with a consideration of the gender difference and their needs. The case study of the female development in Yunnan reveals that only through the promotion of gender equality can a harmonious society be built.
