摘要
以竹炭为基料、热塑性白乳胶为粘接体、无纺布为增强和表面装饰材料,通过热压胶合制备竹炭复合板材。分析板材的性能指标,探讨板材制备影响因素,发现胶料含水率与板材成型难易相关,温度对力学强度影响小,双面覆无纺布能起到明显增强作用,施胶量对板材的力学、吸附性能和导电性能均有影响。结果表明控制湿含量,采用增强措施,调节胶含量,可以制备出集吸附和导电于一体的功能型复合板材。
Bamboo charcoal composite board was prepared by hot-pressing formation technology, which consisted of bamboo charcoal as basic material, white latex as adhesive and no weaved cloth as reinforcement and surface decorative material. By investigating its influencing factors of preparation, it was discovered that the quality of board formation was involved in water ratio; temperature had little effect on mechanics properties; covered double-face no weaved cloth can improve its intensity; resin consumption had obvious effect on its adsorption, electricity and mechanics performance. The experimental results showed that the functional composite board with adsorption and conduction performance can be manufactured by controlling wet content, taking measure of mechanics reinforcement and adjusting resin consumption. So a new method of preparation of functional Bamboo Charcoal Composite Board was put forward in the experiment, furthermore extended the using value of Bamboo charcoal.
