摘要
模具在淬火加热时,型腔本身需要保护。设想在型腔表面涂刷复合渗膏剂,使之能对表面进行强化和起保护作用。为此,通过反复论证设计出17种方案,经过试验从中优选出了几种效果明显的配方,准备正式用于热锻模上,以期取得明显的经济效益。并为复合热处理的研究奠定基础。
Mould cavity should be protected when the mould is heated for quench hardening. Assuming that the cavity surface could be strengthened and protected by covering with the paste for multicomponent thermochemical treatment, we have designed 17 kinds of composition after repeated justification and selected by tests sevral kinds of composition which have obvious effects and are intended to be used in hot forging moulds to espect greater econmic effects and to lay a foundation for the study of multicomponent thermochemical treatment.
