摘要
政策执行是一个动态的过程。农村政策执行过程中因为政策宣传不够等影响了执行的效力。以粮食直补政策为例分析了农村政策执行受阻滞的原因,试图找出解决问题的对策,可为解决农村政策执行中出现的问题提供新的参考。
Policy implementation is a dynamic process. Due to the lack of publicity,efficacy has not been achieved in the process of rural policy implementation. This paper analyzes the prevention reasons for rural policy implementation by the tions for the example of direct allowance for rice. This paper also tries to find the countermeasures and offer suggesnew problems in the prouss of rural policy implementation.
