胆骨化醇及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

摘要 本文建立了胆骨化醇及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量测定方法。在2.0×l0-5mol/LKCl底液中,于-1.69V(vsAg/AgCl)处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,在2.0×10-5~1.2×10-4mol/L范围内,胆骨化醇的浓度与其导数峰幅值呈非常显著的线性关系(p<0.01),检测限为8.4×10-9mol/L。方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。 Se condary derivative differential pulse polarography was used for quantitative analysis of cholecatcikerol and its preparation. It was found that a well defined peak was obtained in 2.0 ×10-6 mol/L liquor potassium chloride at a potential of-1.69V(vsAg/AgCl).An excellent lineal relationship was obtained between the concentration and the peak amplitude in the range of 2.0×10-5 to 1.2 × 10-4mol/L. The detection limit of this method was 8.4× 10-9mol/L. The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
