摘要
对扬子石油化工股份有限公司塑料厂高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置利用浆液外循环技术实现增产扩容的可行性进行了分析。基于对乙烯聚合动力学、反应器内物料流动状态与气液传质速率等规律的分析,认为撤除聚合釜中的聚合反应热是增产扩容的技术关键。经核算,在保持原有设备撤热能力的基础上,增设一台外置式浆液冷却器,可使提高产能所增加的反应热由浆液冷却器撤除。本文提出的聚合釜浆液外循环改造的原则和改造方案,可为扬子石化HDPE装置的增产扩容提供技术支持。
The feasibility of the increase production of HDPE with the help of slurry outside circulation technique for the HDPE polymerizer in the Plastics Plant of Yangtse Co., Ltd. was analyzed. Based on the analysis of the ethylene polymerization dynamics, the reactant flow pattern and the gas-liquid mass transfers rate within the polymerizer, it was concluded that the heat removal from the polymerizer was the key technical step for the increase production. Solution to the problem was found out after calculation, an outside slurry cooler was added to remove the extra reaction heat caused by the increase production of PE. The principle and plan for the improvement of HDPE polymerizer by slurry outside circulation technique were proposed, which would provide technical support for HDPE polymerizer to increase production of PE in the Plastics Plant of Yangtse Co., Ltd.
