摘要
本文采用正交实验设计,以芍药甙的含量测定为指标,筛选酒炙白芍的炮制条件,其结果提示以加酒量5%、温度90℃、加热10分钟为最佳炮制条件。
This paper presents screening out the optimum condition of Paeonia lactiflara Pall processed with wine with used the content of Paeoniflorin as an index, and the results indicate the excellent factors are heating 10 minutes at 90℃ and adding the quanity of millet wine 5%.
