摘要
本文从立法的角度,分析了现行土地征收补偿制度的缺陷,从执行的层面,分析了实施土地征收补偿过程中的问题,针对性地提出了完善这一制度的具体建议,力求有完整的体系,有较强的可操作性。
The land problem has been playing a vital role in the development of our agriculture economy.With the increasingly fast pace of urbanization in our countryside, levying agriculture land is the main channel to enlarge township size. Meanwhile the compensation for land levy stands out. This is closely related to pesants＇ interest and social stability. Therefore to perfect the system of compensation for land levy becomes important and urgent.
