摘要
为制备纤维状离子交换体,研究了粘胶纤维与二氯乙酸(DCA)在碱性介质中的非均相醚化反应。交联型羧乙基粘胶纤维(CCEV纤维)中羧基的形成速率R=k[DCA]~(1.03)[NaOH]~(1.05)(mmol/kgs)。醚化反应的表现活化能在低于66℃时为47.88kJ/mol.高于66℃时为42.73kJ/mol。CCEV纤维具弱酸性阳离子交换特性,含羧基450mmol/kg的CCEV纤维依旧保持纤维形态。
The heterogeneous etherification reaction viscose fibers with 2,2-dichloroacetic acid(DCA) in alkaline medium has been studied for the preparation of ion exchange fibers. The rate of forming of carboxyl group in cross-linked carboxyethyl viscose fibers (CCEV fibers) is as follows: R= k[DCA]1.03[NaOH]^(1.05)( mmol · kg^(-1) · s^(-1)). The apparent activation en-rgy of the etherification reaction is 47.88 kJ / mol below 66· or 42.73 kJ / mol above 66· . The CCEV fibers possess a characteristic of weak-acid-type cation exchange. The CCEV fibers containing 450 mmol / kg of carboxyl groups can still keep fiber form well.
