摘要 目的探讨骨埋伏多生牙立体镜定位的实验研究及临床效果。方法选用2个焦距为15cm的凸透镜,制作简易立体镜,根据视差原理,用分角技术摄片,应用立体镜观察多生牙与标记牙的三维立体关系。结果与视差定位法相比,骨埋伏多生牙的立体镜定位法可提示多生牙与标记牙的三维立体关系。用视差定位法与立体镜定位法作上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙的定位诊断,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论立体镜定位法与视差定位法有相近的临床定位效果,可作为上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙定位诊断的补充手段。 Objective To investigate the experimental and clinical effects of the stereoscopic orientation of supernumerary tooth. Methods The stereoscope was simply made with two convex glasses. Two films was taken by bisecting angle technic abiding by visual discrepancy principle and then were placed in the same plane and observed. Results The stereoscopic orientation method can show the 3-dimensional relationship between supernumerary tooth and labeled teeth. Conclusion Compared to the parallel technique, the method is free from the limitation of 2-dimensional films. The advantages of stereoscope includes simplymaking, and acquiring true and shepe images.
