摘要
评述了近15年来国内外罐头食品(包括水果、蔬菜、鱼类、肉类和果汁等)中16种无机成分(如锡、铅、镉、汞、铁、铜和酸度等)的分析进展。
A review, on the development of 16 inorganic components (such as Sn, Pb , Cd, Hg , Fe,Cu, and acidity and so on) analysis in canned foods (including vegetables, fruits, meat products, fishes and fruit juices) during recent 15 years, has been presented. Sixty-three references are cited.
