髋臼唇无创性MR扫描方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究髋臼唇无创伤性MR的检查方法和最佳扫描序列.方法对43例无症状志愿者49个髋关节进行MR扫描,年龄14~70岁,平均36.9岁,其中17个髋关节采用SE-T1WI序列扫描,48个采用T1-FLASH-2D序列,38个采用PDWI序列,5个采用SE-T1WI-FS序列行MR间接关节造影,均用放射状扫描方法进行髋臼唇成像,经3名MR诊断医师对影像质量评价标准统一认识后分别对影像质量进行盲法评分,评价不同MR扫描序列对于髋臼唇的成像质量.结果T1-FLASH-2D序列组与SE-T1WI序列组及PDWI序列组之间具有显著性差异.T1-FLASH-2D序列组与间接MR关节造影组之间无显著性差异.结论薄层放射状扫描可以提高髋臼唇的显示率,T1-FLASH-2D序列及间接MR关节造影对于髋臼唇的显示影像质量较好. Objective The purpose of this study was to describe the MR appearance of the acetabular labrum by using non-trauma technology. Methods MR images of 49 asymptomatic hips were examed, 17 hips using SE-T1WI sequence,48 hips using T1-FLASH-2D sequence,38 hips using PDWI sequence, 5 hips using SE-T1WI-FS sequence in Indirect magnetic resonance arthrography. All of them used radial scan technology (age range, 14-70 years old). The image quality in different sequence were scored respectively by 3 experienced radiolagists. Results There is significant difference between T1-FLASH-2D sequence, SE-T1WI sequence and PDWI sequence. No significant difference between T1-FLASH-2D and indirect magnetic resonance arthrography has been found. Conclusion T1-FLASH-2D sequence and Indirect magnetic resonance arthrography show the best quality in detecting the acetabular labrum.
