摘要
本文用等效电路法导出了裂环谐振腔的谐振频率及Q值近似表达式。利用这种腔体,设计了一种L波段临界振荡器,并用其构成了一台ESR波谱仪。
In this paper, the loop-gap resonator's frequency and Q value were derived by using the equivalent circuit method. A critical oscillator with a loop-gap resorator was designed, and formed a set of ESR spectrometer.
