摘要
目的探讨流动人口结核病患者的社会支持状况及相关影响因素。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS),以深圳市6个区结核病防治机构收治的流动人口结核病病人为研究对象,从患者的性别、婚姻状况、居住时间、工作流动性等方面研究对流动人口结核病社会支持状况的影响。结果流动人口结核病患者在性别、居住时间上,各因子得分差异无显著性(P>0.05);但在婚姻状况方面自测社会支持总分[未婚(34.169±5.923)分,已婚(36.966±7.385)分]、客观支持分[未婚(6.542±2.056)分,已婚(7.522±2.595)分]、主观支持分[未婚(20.724±3.924)分,已婚(22.810±5.390)分]差异存在显著性(均P<0.05),在工作流动性方面自测社会支持总分[不固定者(34.994±6.166)分]、客观支持分[不固定者(6.641±2.283)分]、主观支持分[不固定者(21.813±4.107)分]差异存在显著性(均P<0.05),而在对支持利用度方面两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论督导员应当关注流动人口结核病患者心理卫生,特别是未婚初次来深圳打工者。
Objective To explore the state of social support and it＇s relevant influence factor of the tuberculosis patient in floating population. Methods The SSRS was applied to the pulmonary tuberculosis patient in floating population using face to face interview in Shenzhen 6 districts,and analyse the effect of the sex , marital slalus, inhabil time . working mobility ,etc. to the social support in tuberculosis patient. Results The every factor score hadn＇t signific, ance difference in floating population tuberculosis patient in sex, inhabit time （ P〉 0.05 ）. There were significance difference in the score in total（ unmarried 34.169 ± 5. 923, married 36. 966 ± 7. 385 ）, subjective support （ u,nnarried 6. 542 ± 2.056, married 7. 522 ± 2. 595 ） and objective support （ unmarried 20.724 ± 3. 924,married 22.810 ±5,390） between the different marital status（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significance difference iu the score in total （ floating 34. 994 ± 6.166 ） ）, subjective supptlrt （ floating 6.641 ± 2. 283 ） ） and objective support （floating 21.813 ± 4. 107 ）in l he different work mobility （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There are not signifieance difference in the degree of support utilizing （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Under DOTS tactics, the supervisor should pay close attention to tuberculosis patient＇s mental hygiene in floating population, especially to unmarried workers in Shenzhen for the first time.
