经皮中心静脉插管在临床治疗和护理工作中发挥着重要的作用。输液渗漏是其一种并发症,由于周围组织的特点,输入液体的性质和速度,使得渗漏造成后果严重。临床护理工作中应加强防范中心静脉渗漏的意识,建立渗漏发生的应急预案,并提供及时和完善的护理。
Percutaneous Central Venous Catheter plays a great role in the clinic therapy and care of patients. Transfusion infiltration in PCVC is a kind of complications and leads to serious consequence for characters of the tissue round it, kinds and rates of transfusion liquids. We should enhance the consciousness of PCVC transfusion infiltration, set up the emergency plan and provide comprehensive care in time.
