摘要
人才是人力资源中最宝贵的财富,人才安全与否不仅直接影响到能源安全,而且也影响到整个国家安全。因此,研究能源产业人才安全问题具有非常重要的意义。文章对我国能源产业人才安全现状进行了分析,认为人才总量不足、人才结构不合理、人才流失严重、人才分布不均衡等是突出问题,提出了提高我国能源人才安全程度的相应对策,对我国能源安全问题有一定借鉴作用。
The tanlented persons in the human resources are the most precious wealth. The safety of talented persons not only affect the energy security directly,but also affect the entire national security. Therefore, the research on the talent safety problem in energy industry has extremely vital significance. This article has carried on the analysis to the present situation of talent safety in energy industry of our country ,and thought that the total quantity insufficiency ,the unreasonable stucture,the distribution disequilibrium of talent and so on are the prominent problems. On this foundation,this article proposed the corresponding countermeasure to enhance the safety rate of energy talent in our country. It has certain model function to our national energy security problem.
