摘要
为了避免或减少试剂空白和样品空白的干扰,生化自动分析仪一般选择反应指示物的吸收峰对应的波长作为检测波长。在某些情况下也需要考虑反应中底物和产物的吸收光谱特征,以及某些技术原因;加以调整而偏离反应指示物的吸收峰。合理采用双波长,三波长或多波长检测技术,可省去试剂空白或样品空白的设置,减少或避免多种可能出现的干扰,从而提高检测的灵敏度,特异性和仪器分析效率。
In order to avoid interference of reagent blank and sample blank, for the biochemical autoanalyzer the absorbent peak of reaction indicator is chosen as test wavelength.Under some certain circumstances, it also needs to consider spectrum characteristics of the abstracts and products in reaction as well as some technical reasons, the chosen wavelength has to deviate from the absorbent peak of reaction indicator. Double-wavelength, triple-wavelength or multi-wavelength tests are made use of reasonably. These technologies can avoid setting with reagent and sample blanks. It can also reduce or eliminate various kinds of interferences which might happen. It will improve the sensitivity, specificity and efficiency of instrument analysis.
