摘要
文章主要论述了如何提高起重机的设计水平,提出了桥式起重机的参数化模型的建立以及实现。利用计算机模拟与仿真技术、人工智能技术、并行工程、CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE和多媒体技术等,模拟现代制造环境或显示制造过程,使其呈现现实制造系统的运行状态或现实产品的性能,能大大提升起重机行业水平,提高企业经济效益。
This article mainly elaborate how to enhanced the hoist crane design level, proposen me bridge type hoist crane parameterization model establishment as well as the realization. Using computer simulation and simulation technology, artificial intelligence technology, parallel project, CAD/CAPP/ CAM/CAE and the multimedia technology and so on, the simulation modern manufacture environment or the demonstration manufacture process, causes it to present the reality manufacture system the running status or the realistic product performance, can promote the hoist crane profession manufacturing industry level greatly, enhances the enterprise economic efficiency.
