摘要
本文介绍了高速加工技术及其刀具管理在汽车制造业中的应用和发展。分析了汽车制造业发展对切削技术和刀具的需求。研究了刀具及其管理对生产效率和制造成本的重要影响。提出了与汽车制造业大批量、柔性化生产和高速加工技术大量采用相适应的对刀具管理的要求和发展方向。
Application of high speed cutting technology and tool management in automobile industry are introduced, the requirement of automobile industry on cutting technology and tooling are analyzed, the important influence of tool and tool management on the productivity and manufacture cost is studied. The new requirements and direction on tool management to meet development of flexible and mass production and application of high speed cutting technology in automobile industry are put forward.
