摘要
尽管近十年医学的高度发展，ICU中脓毒症的死亡率仍高达30-70%，血液净化自1977年首次提出后在技术和概念上都有了显著的发展，近年来临床和实验研究都证实这是一种对于脓毒症危重患者有希望的治疗方法。
The mortality of sepsis in intensine careumit remains unacceptably high at 30-70%,despite numerous advances in last few decades. The blood purification treatment has undergone a remsrkatie technical and conceptual development since 1977.Recently, clinical end experimental evidence have demonstrated that it is a promising approach to the treatment of septic in critically in patients.
