摘要
钢表面清理是重要的涂装前处理工艺,适应性强,应用范围广,受到国内外普遍的重视。本文对手工和动力工具清理、喷砂(丸)清理、湿喷砂清理、抛丸清理、高压水清理等表面清理技术作了简要介绍,并结合生产实际指出应注意的事项。根据国家标准,介绍了表面清理后的质量检验要求。
The steel surface＇s clean is the important disposal technics before painting, adaptability strong, using widely, is regarded important home and abroad. This text intreduct the superficial clean technics of the handwork and drive tool＇s clean, spurt pill＇s clean, wet spurt pill＇s clean, throw pill＇s clean, high pressure water＇s clean and so on and combining the practical production index should take care proceeding. According country＇s standard, introduce the quality examine demands after the superfacial clean.
