摘要 采用改性海泡石从多种干扰离子共存溶液中提取分离镓,结果表明,溶液在pH值等于3,海泡石的掺量为30 g/L,提取时间30 min的条件下,镓的提取率大于95%,干扰离子Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+及Cu2+的提取率小于10%.提取镓后的海泡石,用2.0 mol/L HCl解吸,镓的解吸率大于99%,且解吸后的海泡石仍可循环再利用. The modified meerschaum was first used to recover gallium from acid solution and the experimental results were satisfied. The effects of systematic acidity, amount of meerschaum and reaction times on the rate of recovery were investigated. And the desorption of gallium and the recovery of meerschaum were also studied. The experimental results show that the recovery of gallium can reach over 95% ,however, other ion (e.g. Cd^2+ ,Zn^2+ ,Pb^2+ and Cu^2+ ) less than 10% under the condition of pH value 3.0, the amount of meerschaum 3.0g, the reaction time 30min. The gallium can be desorbed from meerschaum by 2.0 mol/L HCl and the rate of desorption was over 99%. The meerschaum desorbed can be recycled to recover gallium.
