摘要 泛素蛋白酶体通路(UPP)对蛋白稳定性的调控是调节细胞众多生理事件的重要机制,其介导的Sm ads降解对TGF-β/Sm ad通路起放大或减弱作用。由于Sm ad通路是将TGF-β超家族胞外信号传递到核内的主要通路,该通路的调控异常可能参与多种疾病的发生发展。 Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway(UPP) can regulate the stability of proteins, which is regarded as an important mechanism in controlling many physiological events of cells, and the pathway can amplify or weaken TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway through mediating Smads degradation. Because Smad signaling pathway is the main pathway which makes TGF-β superfamily extracellular signaling transmit nucleus, dysfunction regulation of the pathway maybe result in the development of many diseases.
