西洋参、人参等药材中有机氯农药残留量的测定 被引量:22

摘要 目的:建立西洋参、人参等药材中分析有机氯农药六六六(BHC),滴滴涕(DDT),五氯硝基苯(PCNB)残留量的一种简便快速的毛细管气相色谱法,考察市售西洋参、人参等药材中的农药残留量情况。方法:样品用石油醚提取,以浓硫酸磺化,采用DM-1701毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,1μm)及电子捕获检测器(ECD),外标法计算含量。结果:高、中、低3个浓度的平均加样回收率为90.41%~105.0%,RSD为0.8%~9.5%,部分样品检出的有机氯农药残留量超过国家标准。结论:建立的方法快速简便,适用于药材中有机氯农药残留量的测定。国家应尽早对西洋参和人参等根茎类药材中有机氧农药残留量制定相应的规定限量标准。 ORIFKYrIVE To establish a simple and rapid CGC method for determining the residues of organochlorine pesticide BHC, DDT, PCNB in Radix Ginseng, Radia: panacis quinquefolii and so on, studying the residues in these medicinal herb. METHODS The samples were extracted by petroleum ether and purified with sulfuric acid. The column was DM-1701 (30m × 0. 53 mm× 1μm), The electron capture detector(ECD) was used. The external standard method was used. RESULTS The average recoveries and RSD ranged from 90. 41% to 105.0% and (1. 8% to 9.5% respectively, at three spiked levels. The results showed that the contents of total DDT, total BHC and PCNB in parts of samples were higher than the permissible maximum limits of the National Standard. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid. It can be used to determine organochlonine pesticide in medicinal plants and preprations, It suggested that the limit of pesticide residues in the specifications of such medicinal not as Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii must be set as soon as possible.
