摘要
对碱液吸收含NOx工艺尾气进行了研究,从理论和实验上分析了碱度、氧化度、温度、喷淋密度和填料高度对吸收效果的影响.结果表明:氮氧化物的吸收率随温度的升高而降低,且吸收主要发生在填料塔的进口端附近;对于低浓度含氮氧化物工艺尾气而言,在碱度为20~40 g/L,喷淋密度为10~12 m3/(m2·h),氧化度为50%左右时,吸收效果最佳.
Removal of NOx from exhaust gas with alkaline solutions was studied in packed column. On the basis of theories and experiments, effects of alkalinity, oxidiability, temperature, spray density and packing height on absorption ratio were analyzed. Results indicate that absorption ratio of NOx decreases with the increase of temperature, and NOx is mostly absorbed in the inlet of packed column. The optimum operational conditions for alkaline scrubbing NOx containing gases are as follows:alkalinity 20 -40 g/L, spray density 10 - 12 m^3/(m^2·h), and oxidiability 50%.
