摘要
国家理论是新制度经济学的重要组成部分。新制度经济学中国家具有制度的最大供给者、产权的界定和保护者、制度的实施者、不同利益集团之间矛盾的平衡者四大职能。关于新制度经济学国家职能的分析,将有利于我们更好地认识新制度经济的国家理论及其在制度分析中地位和作用。
The theory of the state is an important part of the New Institutional Economics （NIE）. The main four functions of the state in the category of NIE are： the biggest supplier of the institution; the definer and protector of property rights; the executor of the institutions; the balance-keeper of different interest groups. The analysis of the state＇s functions in NIE will help us better understand the theory of the state in NIE and the role it plays in the institutional analysis.
