摘要
经济界表达自己的教育诉求是教育实现其经济功能的前提。当前探讨经济界的教育诉求问题既是充分利用好战略机遇期进一步促进经济发展的需要,又是提高教育事业的整体效益的需要。近50年来,日本经济界通过三种渠道表达自己的教育诉求:通过多种经济组织直接表达诉求;通过“智囊团”间接影响教育政策制定;通过参与咨询委员会直接参与教育政策制定。我国目前借鉴日本的经验应该特别注意两个方面:重视发挥各类专业经济组织和行业协会在表达诉求中的作用;提倡产学研结合,加强经济界教育诉求的专业性。
The educational need in economic circle is the premise for education to realize its economic function. The current exploration of educational needs by economic circle is not only required by economic development, but also required by the whole efficacy of educational cause. We can use the experience of Japan for reference, but we should pay close attention to the following two aspects： attaching importance to the roles played by various economic organization and associations; and advocating the combination of industry and education to reinforce the specialization of educational needs in economic circle.
