摘要
我国国企改革取得了阶段性成果,产权制度改革将把国企改革引向纵深发展。国有企业产权改革过程中,涉及产权交易、管理层收购、资产处置、债务处理、职工安置等重大问题,必须按照法律法规及政策来进行规范。引入法律服务机构,全程参与国企产权改革过程,可以为国企改革提供准确的法律、法规及政策依据,有效避免法律风险。
A success has been made in the first stage of reforming the state - owned enterprises in China. The reform of the legal property system pushes that of the state - owned enterprise to a higher level. Problems, such as the transition of property, the purchase in management, the active attitude towards property and debts, and the assignment of workers, are involved in the reform, and must be solved according to the law, the rules and the policies. In order to provide the state - owned enterprises with the correct laws, rules and policies to help them avoid possible risk, it is necessary to set up relevant law service departments for them.
