摘要
目的:评估自行开发研制的纳米TiO2(二氧化钛)陶瓷涂层托槽和普通国产金属直丝托槽的菌斑清除率.方法:选择20例正畸拔牙矫治病例(拟拔除4个第一前磨牙),于第一前磨牙粘接自行开发研制的纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽和普通国产金属直丝托槽,双盲法测试比较粘接前、粘接后1,2,3及4wk五个阶段菌斑指数(PLIO).结果:粘接托槽后,纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层直丝托槽组与普通国产金属直丝托槽组菌斑指数均较托槽粘接前增大;托槽粘接后第1~4wk,牙面各区域菌斑指数有不同程度的增长;两组托槽牙面各区域菌斑指数值差异主要表现在托槽表面区域及托槽周边区域,其中托槽表面区域菌斑指数值差异最大,统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05).结论:托槽粘接后,菌斑附着增加,但纳米TiO2陶瓷涂层托槽组菌斑清除率优于普通国产金属直丝托槽组.
AIM: To access bacterial plaque clearance of 2 SWA brackets, which are nano-TiO2 ceramic brackets developed by us and general brackets manufactured by the Xinya factory, Hangzhou. METHODS: Twenty patients who underwent the extraction of 4 first premolars, got the nano-TiO2 ceramic orthodontic bracket or normal stainless steel orthodontic bracket placed on the empty alveoli. Before bracket placement and 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after bracket placement, Plaque Index for Orthodontic Teeth (PLI-O) was detected. RESULTS: PLI-O increased after bracket placement in both the nano-TiO2 ceramic orthodontic bracket group and the normal stainless steel orthodontic bracket group. From 1st to 4th week, with time going on, PLI-O increased in both bracket groups. Difference of PLI-O between the 2 experimental bracket groups primarily existed in the bracket surface region and the region around brackets, especially in the bracket surface region ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: Applying of fixed appliances will result in oral hygiene difficulty and increasing PLI-O. And the nano-TiO2 ceramic orthodontic brackets present good surface property, therefore, bacterial plaque clearance of it was better than that of the normal stainless steel orthodontic bracket.
