摘要
随着肥胖人群的增大,减肥的方法层出不穷,但由于种种原因,至今仍有许多肥胖者在减肥的过程中出现这样或那样的误区,本文就是从分析肥胖产生的机制入手,论述运动减肥——尤其是有氧运动的科学方法,以提高减肥的科学性和实用性。
There have emerged various ways of loosing body fat with the increasing obese people. However, many of them are miled in the process of weight reduction for one reason or another. This paper aims to ex plore the exercise-induced loss of body fat ,especially an scientific way of systematic aerobic exercise,and to find a more scientific way of weight reduction,by analyzing the mechanism which causes obesity.
