摘要
简述了软开关变换的4个特征.以实用性、代表性的软开关DC/DC PH型变换电源为例,较为详细地阐述了它的工作原理,其中有产生ZVS的条件公式、基本典型电路图、工作时间波形图;结合工作模型分析了波形图中各个时间的对应关系;指出了软开关DC/DC变换器在实际应用中存在的8个问题;简述了今后软开关变换的发展和研究方向.
States four characteristics of the roft switching. Taking practical and representative sort switching DC/DC converter and PH converter as examples, discusses its operation principle in detail, including condition formula of ZVS, typical circuit diagram, oscillogram of work time. Analyzes the match relation of each sample time in osillogram combining work model. Points out eight problems existing in application of soft switching DC/DC, converter. Discusses briefly the development and study direction of soft switching converter.
