摘要 目的探讨nm23及基质金属蛋白酶9在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润和转移等临床病理因素间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法观察并比较70例胃癌、20例慢性浅表性胃炎、20例伴大肠上皮化生的慢性萎缩性胃炎及20例伴异型增生的慢性萎缩性胃炎组织中nm23和MMP-9的表达情况。结果nm23和MMP-9在胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为57.1%及60.0%。在胃癌组织中,MMP-9的表达率高于对照组,nm23表达率低于对照组。MMP-9和nm23在有、无淋巴转移组织中的表达差异均有统计学意义;MMP-9和nm23在有、无浆膜浸润组织中的表达差异有统计学意义。nm23、MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论检测nm23及MMP-9在胃癌中的表达对于判定胃癌的恶性程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移具有指导意义。 Aim To investigate the relationship among the expressions of nm23 and MMP-9 and lymph node metastasis , differentiated degree as well as invasion depth in primary gastric carcinoma. Methods Seventy cases of gastric carcinoma, 20 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 20 cases of large intestinal metaplasia and 20 cases of atipical hyperplasia were investigated using antibodies to MMP-9 and nm23 by S-P immunohistochemical technique. Results The positivity rates of MMP-9 and nm23 in gastric cancer were 60.0% and 57.1%, respectively. The positivity rates of MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma were higher than that in the control groups. The positivity rates of rim23 in gastric carcinoma were lower than that in the control groups. The difference between the expression of nm23 and MMP-9 and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant. There was statistically significant in the difference between the expression of MMP-9, nm23 and the depth of invasion, nm23 expression in gastric cancer was negatively correlated with MMP-9 expression(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The detection of MMP-9 and nm23 was valuable in evaluating differential degree , depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
