摘要
介绍了三维数字化设计技术的发展现状和电动弯管机的工作原理。在三维数字化设计环境中,完成了电动弯管机传动系统的方案设计、零件设计、装配仿真及干涉检查,并生成了机架和传动系统的爆炸图。
The developing status of 3D CAD software and the work principle of the electric pipe bender were introduced. The scheme of the transmission system and the design of the parts and the emulation of assembly and the cheek of interference were implemented in the 3D CAD environment. The exploded drawing of the shelf and transmission system was created.
