摘要
本文基于价值链理论和电力工业技术经济特点,提出电价链概念,进而论述电价链各阶段电价互联、电力供求与电价互动和电力竞争与管制互补三位一体综合集成的电价形成机制;最后,建立电价链各阶段电价即上网电价、输电电价和销售电价计算模型方法。
This paper presents the concept of power price chain on the basis of value chain theory and tech-economical mechanism of power chain of power price characteristic of China power industry. Calculating model methods of forming price is discussed. Pool purchase price, transmission price and retail supply price in is established.
