摘要
物理学习中后进生可分为四种主要类型,即暂时困难型、能力不足型、动力不足型、整体性困难型。教师要针对不同类型的后进生提出相应的转化策略,如针对怨师而厌学者,多用“动情式”策略;针对绩劣而厌学者,多用“建功式”策略;针对“盲目”而厌学者,多用“暗喻式”策略;针对志弱而厌学者,多用“励志式”策略;针对家境优而厌学者,多用“居安思危式”策略。
There are several kinds of slow- learners in physics learning: temporary slow- learning, unable, motiveless and full - problemed. The teacher should use different method to help these students transform in their physics learning.
