摘要
采用UV/草酸铁/H2O2法处理染料废水,考察了体系中K2C2O4浓度、FeSO4浓度、H2O2浓度、pH值及反应温度对吡啰红染料废水色度去除效果的影响?峁砻鳎?V/草酸铁/H2O2法能有效地使染料水溶液迅速脱色,草酸铁的加入能提高脱色速率,H2O2/FeSO4/K2C2O4的摩尔比为100:7:1时,吡啰红脱色效果最好;另外,通过测定降解过程中吸光度、电导率、pH值的变化,揭示了降解产物中无机粒子的变化规律及某些可能的产物类型。
The degradation of dye wastewater under ultraviolet irradiation by H2O2 / ferrioxalate complexes was studied. The effect of the concentration of FeSO4 and H2O2, pH, temperature on degradation efficiency was investigated by adopting the single factor method. The degradation condition was optimized by using orthogonal experiment method and the most crucial effective factors were established. The results showed that Fenton reagent method with UV strengthening was a effective way to treat many kinds of dye wastewater when the ratio of H2O2/FeSO4/K2C2O4 was 100:7:1. The changing laws of inorganic ion and some degradation products in the system were revealed by determining the absorbance, conductivity and pH value.
