摘要
双重劳动关系历来是我国劳动法学界颇具争议的话题,在劳动合同法起草之际,从理论的角度探讨其存在的价值及相关问题的处理,以期对劳动合同立法有所裨益,是本文的研究所在。
It is a dispute topic on double labor relationship in Labor Law＇s history in China. When Labor Contract Law is drafted, this article discusses the value of the double labor relationship and interrelate issues.
