摘要
高等学校作为高级人才培养的摇篮,教师的基本素养直接影响教学水平,决定人才培养质量.尤其在知识经济条件下,高校教师必须具备与时代发展相适应的基本素养.
The institution of higher education is regarded as the cradle of training senior talents. Therefore the teacher＇s basic qualifications influence the teaching level directly, determine the quality of personnel training. This paper puts forward the basic qualifications, which a university＇ s teacher should possess in the new period from the angle of meeting the needs of knowledge economy.
