摘要
目的比较中药益安宁辅助治疗躁狂症前后血液流变学指标变化,评价其疗效。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的100例躁狂症患者随机分成两组,一组服用中药益安宁和西药奥氮平合并碳酸锂(中西药治疗组),一组单纯服用西药奥氮平合并碳酸锂(西药治疗组),观察两组用药6周前后的血液流变学指标的变化,并分别与正常健康对照组的血液流变学指标进行比较分析。结果中西药治疗组服药前后部分血液流变学指标有改变。结论益安宁在改善躁狂症患者血液流变学指标方面有较好疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Yianning on hemorheology indices in the patients with mania. Methods One hundred patients meeting the criteria of CCMD-3 for mania were randomly assigned to receiving Yianning combined with olanzapine and lithium or olanzapine combined with lithium for 6 weeks. Hemorheology indices were observed before and after treatment. Results Some hemorheology indices in the group receiving Yianning combined with olanzapine and lithium changed. Conclusion Yianning is an effective drug in improving hemorheology indices of mania .
