摘要
金融环境直接影响金融对区域经济发展的支持力度,西部金融环境建设滞后制约了对金融资源的吸纳能力和优化配置能力。西部地区营造金融环境应从经济、信用、政策、法律、行政等方面综合进行,在尽量短的时间内实现金融和经济的良性循环,从而为西部大开发打下坚实的金融基础。
Financial environment directly affects financial support-abillty for the economic development of territory, and construction of western financial environment severely limits to draw and optimizingly allocate financial resources. Building financial environment should comprehensively starts from everyside such as economy, credit, policy, law, administration, and so on. From the above mentioned, the most important thing is that whether westerners realize financial and economic virtuous circle in the least time, solid financial foundation must be set up for western development.
