摘要
在导学群模式下,导学员的角色是多重的,职责是多方面的。作为沟通教与学双方枢纽的导学员,是导学群系统中最重要的一个环节,因此,要充分发挥导学员在学生自主学习中的积极作用,在实践中不断完善导学群机制。
In the mode of Learners＇ Guidance Group, the role and responsibility of the guiding learning attendant are various. The guiding learning attendant, as a tie between teaching and learning, is an important component in Learners＇ Guidance Group system. Therefore, we should fully bring the positive ettect into play in students＇ autonomous learning, and continuously perfect the mechanism of Learners＇ Guidance Group in practice.
