摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制和国际科技经贸往来的不断发展,档案信息利用与知识产权保护的关系日益密切。由于档案的凭证作用可以有效地证明知识产权的所有者,所以知识经济时代档案工作的重点必然是知识产权的保护。
Along with constant development of international science and technology economical trade contact and socialism market economy system, the relationship between the utilization of archives information and the protection of intellectual property is closer and closer. The function of archives can effectively prove all the owners of intellectual property, so the focal point of archives work is certainty the protection of intellectual property in knowledge economy times.
