摘要
研究了 C_(12)(EO)_4-H_2O 及 C_(12)(EO)_4-卵磷脂-H_2O 体系的液晶行为和胆固醇在液晶相中的增溶作用.C_(12)(EO)_4-卵磷脂-H_2O 体系增溶胆固醇的行为与卵磷脂-H_2O 体系类似.C_(12)(EO)_4-H_2O 体系增溶胆固醇后,液晶组成中 C_(12)(EO)_4的浓度范围更宽.X 射线衍射结果表明,C_(12)(EO)_4-H_2O 层状液晶相中增溶胆固醇后,两亲双分子层厚度 d_0增加,分子排列更紧密,水对两亲分子层的渗透作用降低.
Phase behaviour and solubilization of cholesterol in liquid crystal phase of C_(12) (EO)_4-H_2O system and C_(12)(EO)_4-lecithin-H_2O system were investigated.The phase diagram of C_(12)(EO)_4-lecithin-water-cholesterol system was similar to lecithin-water-cholesterol sys- tem.In C_(12)(EO)_4-H_2O ststem,where cholesterol was solubilized,the concentration range of C_(12)(EO)_4 in liquid crystal was broader than that without cholesterol.The results of X-ray diffraction showed that,when cholesterol was solubilized into C_(12)(EO)_4-H_2O lamellar liquid crystal,the thickness of amphiphile bilayer do increased,the amphiphile molecular array was more compact and the penetration of water molecules decreased.
