摘要
建立了HPLC法同时测定消痤液中甲硝唑、西咪替丁、氯霉素和水杨酸的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(48∶52,含0.035%三乙胺,磷酸调至pH3.5),检测波长为240nm。各组分分别在3.75～30、3.75～30、7.5～60、2.5～20ìg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为99.4%、99.4%、99.3%和99.3%,RSD分别为1.47%、1.00%、1.08%和1.11%。
A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of metronidazole, cimetidine, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in XiaoCuo Ye. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water（48 ： 52, containing 0.035 % triethylamine, adjusted pH to 3.5 by phosphoric acid）, at the detection wavelength of 240nm. The calibration curves of the four constituents were linear in ranges of 3.75-30, 3.75-30, 7.5-60, 2.5-20μg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.4 %, 99.4 %, 99.3 % and 99.3 %, with the RSDs of 1.47 %, 1.00 %, 1.08 % and 1.11%, respectively.
