摘要
合成了一种甘氨酸席夫碱钴配合物(Co[(Sal-Gly)·H_2O]),其化学组成和结构由元素分析及红外光谱分析证实。测定了吡啶溶液中该配合物的吸氧动力学曲线,实验结果表明,合成的钴配合物在常温常压下为1:1型吸氧配合物,最大吸氧速度达6.33 mol.min^(-1),分子氧合常数K=0.012 5。
A glycine Schiff base Co(Ⅱ) complex is synthesized and its composition and structure are comfirmed by elemental analysis and IR. The oxygen uptake curve of Co[(Sal-Gly)·H_2O] is measured. The experiment result showed that Co(Ⅱ) complex is 1:1 oxygen-absorbing complex at room temperature. The maximum O_2 absorbing rate is up to 6.33mmol·min^(-1) and the oxygenation constant is K=0.0125.
